CONFORMACIÓN DE LA PRÓXIMA LEGISLATURA LOCAL, REFLEJO DEL VOTO CIUDADANO A FAVOR DE LA TRANSFORMACIÓN: SEBASTIÁN RAMÍREZ
 
– Mentira que el IECM viole el principio de representatividad en el Congreso capitalino como lo pretende hacer creer la oposición
– El PRIAN quiere descalificar el trabajo de los consejeros con una falsa narrativa, lo que muestra que su defensa de la democracia sólo es a conveniencia
 
El presidente de Morena Ciudad de México, Sebastián Ramírez Mendoza, reconoció el trabajo de las y los consejeros del Instituto Electoral capitalino, los cuales -dijo- actuaron en apego a lo que dicta la Ley Electoral.
 
El dirigente partidista sostuvo que la distribución de escaños de representación proporcional en el Congreso capitalino se realizó conforme a lo establecido en la ley para que los partidos políticos obtengan los espacios que les corresponden con base en sus resultados durante la Jornada Electoral.
 
Mencionó que es mentira que lo aprobado por el Consejo General del Instituto Electoral de la Ciudad de México viole el principio de representatividad en el Congreso capitalino como lo pretende hacer creer la oposición.
 
“La Constitución local prohibe que un partido tenga un número de diputación superior al ocho por ciento más la votación obtenida, lo cual no sucede con ninguno de los tres partidos que integran nuestra candidatura común”, indicó Sebastián Ramírez en su cuenta de X.
 
Ramírez Mendoza dejó en claro que las y los consejeros del IECM respetaron el derecho de pertenencia y asociación de los siete diputados electos que así lo manifestaron mediante oficio.
 
Indicó que el PRIAN quiere descalificar el trabajo de las y los consejeros con una falsa narrativa lo que muestra que su defensa de la democracia sólo es a conveniencia.
 
El morenista comentó que el IECM tiene la responsabilidad de garantizar la pluralidad de los órganos de representación, pero respetando lo que la ciudadanía exprese en las urnas; no es correcto ni mucho menos ético premiar a quien no fue favorecido por la población.
 
“Ya no son los tiempos en que hacían de la voluntad popular lo que les conviniera a los partidos del viejo régimen. Jueguen limpio, acepten que el pueblo manda y está con la transformación. Su voluntad se hizo valer en las urnas este domingo”, indicó Ramírez Mendoza.
 
Finlamente, Sebastián Ramírez destacó que la conformación de la próxima Legislatura local es el reflejo del voto ciudadano a favor de la transformación e indicó que Morena, el PT y el PVEM defenderán el triunfo que legal y legítimamente obtuvieron el pasado 2 de junio.
